Wild Roots Farm is an off grid homestead on 20 acres nestled in the foothills of White Mountains of New Hampshire. We are committed to using no till, regenerative practices. Among the veggies we also care for children, bees, goats, chickens, geese, dogs and cats. And red squirrels by default.
I started my homesteading journey back in 2000 across the boarder in Maine. I learned the old ways of growing from my father. Homesteading was always a way of life for me but by day I worked as a Montessori preschool teacher. Seasons changed and I met Mr. Wild. We started a family and found a spot to plant our wild roots, our forever home in the foothills of the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Mr. Wild is our mechanic, carpenter, welder, fixer of all things, healer of all ouchies.

When Shiloh and Bodhi aren’t following Mama around begging for treats they can be found barking at anyone thinking of driving up our driveway, friend or foe.
